Mosbach Germany

The Band performing at Mosbach, Germany for the "Twinning Celebrations" 2000

The New Forest Big Band has been together for several years.  We are based near Lymington, Hampshire.  Rehearsals are weekly on Thursdays between 7.45 pm  and 9.45 pm. The members are excellent musicians from both semi-professional and professional backgrounds.  Their  individual experiences cover many aspects of music from Big Bands, Groups, Orchestral, Brass Bands, Military Music, also professional teaching. Members live in the Hampshire and Dorset areas.  Most of them have come from other areas in the U.K. but we do have some “locals”. Experienced musicians are always required as deputies for rehearsals and gigs.  We are very interested in making contact with  BIG BANDS anywhere in the world.
